hotel beside the canal

Hotel is right beside the canal and quite center of the town. I arrived late but the checkin was prompt and the receptionist was very helpful. I was given a choice of ground floor room or higher up. I chose ground floor. Though it’s a nice view of the canal, I regret given the noise from the road and side way. Sort of woke me up frequently. Breakfast was included and has nice spread. The room, well not my cup of tea but boasts a bold, artistic design with intricate patterns, dramatic lighting, and a striking corset-inspired centerpiece above the bed. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious enough and clean. definitely will stay again but maybe as for a room that’s easy on the eye and mind 👍😉.

The best hotel I have stayed in Europe

Stayed here for a weekend for a staff trip - the best hotel I have stayed in Europe and I have stayed in a lot of hotels and Air BNBs. The most facilities, staff helpful and friendly, modern, comfy, great wifi, great shower. Very helpful during check in and check out (liked the uniform too)

Fabulous hotel

Great hotel, Great location , central to everywhere, room was spotless and staff were great and beautiful hotel with everything you need . This is classed as green hotel, so please bare in mind if you want clean towels or extra tea and coffee you need to request for these

another lovely stay

second time staying here and was as lovely as the first. some rooms are small but not a problem for me. our room this time round was a great size, bed was comfy and you get tea/coffee/toiletries etc with the room too. only problem for me is the rooms can be quite dusty (not sure if it was the air con) which i’m sensitive to but other than that i couldn’t recommend this enough, amazing location and has a nice shop and bar in the hotel as well which is handy. staff are lovely and so are the cleaners.

Wonderful hotel in a brilliant location

A wonderful hotel in a brilliant location. Easily accessible by public transport from the airport. Lots of bars & good restaurants near by. We stayed in an Executive Room, really comfy bed, good sized bathroom with great shower & bath. All the staff in the hotel were very friendly, especially the barman. The choices at breakfast were the best that we've had I would thoroughly recommend.
