Worth a stay, we will come back

+ Staff was friendly and helpfull + clean and big rooms (we had the executive double-bed room at the buildings corner) + even if the location is very central, when the windows were closed it wasn't noisy + the access to the hotel was guided very good (Self-Ceck in / -out / after hours access etc.) As we didn't booked with breakfast, we can't rate it, but it looked nice as well. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and we will come back.

Excellent stay

Check in smooth, exceptionally clean hotel, very comfortable beds, good showers and room amenities, excellent location and close to everything. The staff are great and very welcoming to the guests. I will definitely stay here again and recommend others do too … excellent. Stayed 4 nights as a couple

Very interesting and enjoyed trip in Amsterdam

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel is very centrally located. We really enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam. The following interesting things are a must-see: Anne Frank House, Micropia, Zoo, Maritime Museum

Disappointing

The location was great however the hotel itself was disappointing. Our room had what can only be described as having half a window (as in from the floor to mid thigh at best). If we wanted to see outside, we had to sit on the floor. There was also scaffolding right outside the window which meant that every 20-30 minutes, you could see a workman’s head almost in the room (and able to see in). Also, and quite obviously, as there was only half a window and that was covered in scaffolding, the room was really dark. The decor in the room was also tired and dated and the bathroom had no extraction fan so it became very steamy quickly. The shower was also facing the wrong way (as in towards the room) so things got wet. The reception area is bright and modern and a stark contrast to the rooms. They have self check in where you activate your own key card etc but I think that the money would be better spent updating the rooms. We wanted a hotel where we could maybe relax in our room whilst being able to look at beautiful Amsterdam. This is not what we got. I wouldn’t recommend.

Fab Location / Comfy Bed

We would recommend staying at Eden Hotel if you are visiting Amsterdam, it was a quick two stop ride on the Metro from the train station or if you didn't have too much luggage a nice 20min walk The staff were very helpful and lovely and the bed super comfy. Breakfast had a great selection and even had GF options.
