Decent Stay

If you don’t have high expectations, it’s ideal—affordable, centrally located, and close to a tram stop, various shops, and coffee shops. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was centralized, but you could adjust the temperature. The bathroom had a bathtub, but the hairdryer was quite weak—if you have thick hair, it’s better to bring your own. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly. Avoid the first floor – very noisy, and all the smells come into the room.

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay at the Eden hotel. When we arrived at the hotel staff were very welcoming, when we checked into our room our tv remote was missing and the safe didn’t work however when we called reception they came and sorted these issues immediately cannot fault the staff here they are absolutely incredible. We stayed in a small double room however this room was very dark with no natural light .Hotel is in an amazing location and central to everything! We fell in love with the city and have booked to come back to the Eden hotel in the summer time June /July time however this time we have upgraded our room to a standard double room In hope there is more light in the room.

Birthday celebration

We had a great stay at the hotel. Superior twin room. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Clean and we were able to regulate the temperature in the room. Fairly central. Staff were helpful. Bathroom door was glass and the shower wall was also glass facing into the room

Really nice hotel

Me and my friend went here for our birthdays, most of the staff were really friendly and the hotel was so clean and secure, and Nicola was amazing, we told her it was our birthdays and when we got back to our room there was balloons and happy birthday banner, drinks and chocolate was so nice and we got a free drink to have in the bar, we would definitely stay again. Thank you Nicola for making the experience even more special for us

Can’t wait to book again!

We stayed at Eden hotel, due to my own fault I had booked the wrong room, I booked a twin room, I emailed reception when we were traveling and explained I booked the wrong room and that it was for my partner and I anniversaries, without any trouble they changed the room as they had availability, as we got to our room there were balloons and rose petals on the bed. A selection of free snacks, drinks and a note to congratulate us on our anniversary, with a complimentary free drink each at the bar, which I thought was an incredible touch from the hotel staff! The hotel was fantastic, the rooms were spacious, everything you needed in them, front of house staff were there straight away if you needed a hand, they were very helpful and friendly, we added breakfast on as it was out last morning, a good variety, hot and cold options and plenty of fresh drinks in glass bottles which I thought was great. The location of the hotel was spot on, 5/10 mins walk from the centre of everything. Hotel was extremely clean and the decor is so classy. Ill definitely be booking here again soon! Thank you all for a fantastic stay, everyone was so nice and helpful and I hope management are proud of the team they have here.
