If you’d like to see the city from the water, you can step aboard on one of the many canal cruise boats which you can find near the Eden Amsterdam

Really nice hotel

Me and my friend went here for our birthdays, most of the staff were really friendly and the hotel was so clean and secure, and Nicola was amazing, we told her it was our birthdays and when we got back to our room there was balloons and happy birthday banner, drinks and chocolate was so nice and we got a free drink to have in the bar, we would definitely stay again. Thank you Nicola for making the experience even more special for us

Can’t wait to book again!

We stayed at Eden hotel, due to my own fault I had booked the wrong room, I booked a twin room, I emailed reception when we were traveling and explained I booked the wrong room and that it was for my partner and I anniversaries, without any trouble they changed the room as they had availability, as we got to our room there were balloons and rose petals on the bed. A selection of free snacks, drinks and a note to congratulate us on our anniversary, with a complimentary free drink each at the bar, which I thought was an incredible touch from the hotel staff! The hotel was fantastic, the rooms were spacious, everything you needed in them, front of house staff were there straight away if you needed a hand, they were very helpful and friendly, we added breakfast on as it was out last morning, a good variety, hot and cold options and plenty of fresh drinks in glass bottles which I thought was great. The location of the hotel was spot on, 5/10 mins walk from the centre of everything. Hotel was extremely clean and the decor is so classy. Ill definitely be booking here again soon! Thank you all for a fantastic stay, everyone was so nice and helpful and I hope management are proud of the team they have here.

Good stay!

Staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is located in a great area and everything is nearby. The self check in was also super easy and quick. However, I think there may be a slight housekeeping issue as there was dust everywhere in our room and the mattress was dirty, as well as down the side of the bed. There was someone’s actual acrylic nail down the side of the bed. Also slight mould in bathroom.
