Great hotel

Thank you for the excellent service. I loved the Arab man who works in the hotel and all the employees serve with open arms. The hotel's location is excellent and its atmosphere is very beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel, one of the best hotels in Amsterdam. Thank you again.

Great hotel

This hotel was perfect! Great location, on site 24hr shop, extremely modern and very clean! Our room was perfect too! The staff couldn’t do enough for us! Thank you for a great stay we will be back! Have plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and everything is within walking distance but if you’d prefer there’s a tram stop right out back of the hotel!

Amazing hotel right next to a canal

Perfect hotel with a perfect view of a canal. The room was clean and cozy. The staff were all very professional and helpful. The breakfast is a little pricey but sometimes it is easier than getting totally ready to go out for the day. The quality of the food was good so no complaints there. There’s a ton of space right past the lobby if you want to hang out or theres a pool table too even. There is a small shop in the hotel where you can get some snacks or drinks if you need which is pretty cool. Overall a great place to stay that is in a good location in the center of amsterdam.

Great location

Great location, close to everything but yet quiet and cozy. Room was always clean and well supplied, comfortable beds, coffee and water in the room, no fridge though. Breakfast could be included but we didn't purchase the option and only ate there once, it was very good continental breakfast but staff was rude and accused some customers of trying not to pay, which was not the case, they just didn't know to wait to be seated.

Nice hotel, comfortable and close to a tram stop

The room was very nice, it had everything we needed. This hotel has several elevators so if you are traveling with heavy luggage take that into consideration. We walked by other hotels with no elevator and several flights to navigate. They were able to hold our luggage in a secure area until our room was ready. The back entrance of the hotel puts you about a half a block from a tram stop which is really convenient.
